How long do diffuser reeds last?

A good quality reed typically lasts approximately 6 months.

My reed diffuser has stopped diffusing fragrance. What should I do?

If the fragrance is not as strong as it used to be, one should try flipping the reeds and seeing the results. If you still have diffuser oil left in the bottle and flipping of reeds does not produce the same results, then one should consider replacing the reeds.  Sometimes the reeds become saturated with oil and become clogged. Also, sometimes the reeds become clogged with dust. In both cases it is best to replace the reeds.

How can I make my reed diffuser emit stronger fragrance?

Try adding more reed diffuser sticks. We also advise flipping the reed sticks so that they draw out more oil.

The fragrance emitted by my reed diffuser is too strong. How do I reduce the fragrance emission?

Its simple. Just remove some of the reeds. You can control the diffusion rate of fragrance by using less or more reeds.

Can reeds be re-used with different diffuser oils?

It is not advisable to re-use the reed sticks with different diffuser oils. The cells of the used reeds are already saturated with the diffuser oil that you were using earlier, so placing the used reeds in a new diffuser oil will impact the fragrance diffusion process.
